Pressure Vessels (Jacketed)

JAE India manufactures custom-designed jacketed vessels with an outer jacket surrounding the main vessel. Heat Exchangers

Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers: The most common type, featuring a shell containing tubes through which one fluid flows. Another fluid flows around the tubes in the shell, facilitating heat transfer between the two fluids. JAE India offers customization options like tube material (stainless steel, admiralty brass, titanium), tube bundle design (U-tube, hairpin), and shell material (carbon steel, stainless steel) to optimize performance for your application.
Plate Heat Exchangers: Compact and efficient, plate heat exchangers utilize gasketed plates to create a large surface area for heat transfer between fluids. Material selection includes stainless steel or special alloys like Hastelloy for high-temperature or corrosive applications.
